X52 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON TWENTY %,EIGHTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO ARCH STREET, INCLUSIVE, PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. That when signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on the North side of Twenty - Eighth Street from Broadway to Arch Street, inclusive. SECTION 2. That when signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle on the South side of Twenty- Eighth Street from Broadway to Arch Street, inclusive, for a period of time in excess of one hour between the hours of 8 A.M. and 6 P.M. of any day except Sunday and holidays. SECTION 3. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in municipal court shall be fined in any sum not less than 41.00 nor more than 65.00. SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
