ORDINANCE NO. 5420 as AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance i'o. 5420 as it
affects property at 2522 N. Pierce Street, described as L„ts
11 & 12, Block 27, Park View Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, are hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby
granted permission to convert the present 3- stall masonry and
frame building into a residence.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect Pnd be in force
from and after its ?passage.
