AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 121 NORTH IZARD STREET;
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AME-,DED: AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CIl'Y OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the
yard spaee. requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420
as It effects property at 121 North Izard street, described
as N 35 ft. Lot 6 and N 35 ft. of W 40 ft. Lot 5, Block
139 Original City Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as hereby waived and the owner thereof is hereby
granted permission to construct conversion of present
dwelling into a duplex.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended
to conform to the provisions of SPetion 1 of this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its p ,,ssage,
