THOUSAND DOLLARS, OR SO MUCH
THE GENERAL FUND FOR USE IN THE AUTO FUND, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ,
ARKAN SAS
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred f rom the General
Fund for deposit in the Auto Fund of the City of Lit tl e Rock.,
Arkansas the sum of One Hundred Thousand ($100,000-00) Dollars)
or so much therefor as may bey necessary , to carry on the functions
of the Street Repair Department and the Street Cleaning Department
of the City.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrant or warrants for the purposes herein to
be drawn on the general funds payable to and to be deposited in the
Auto Fund of the City .
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
