AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE PARTS WITH WHICH TO REPAIR CERTAIN
EQUIPMENT OF THE LITTLE ROCK,FIRE DEPARTMENT,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase
the following items for use by'the Little Rock Fire Department:
(1) Miscellaneous parts to repair a 11000 Gallon Mack
Pumper; cost not to exceed $2,000.00.
(2) Miscellaneous parts to repair Ladder Truck No. 4; cost
not to exceed $1,800.00.

SECTION 2. All ordinances and darts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
