AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC AFFAIRS 0" THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO ADVERTISE,
TAKE BIDS FOR AIT'D PURCHASE TEN (10 ) T -TYPE r ANGARS TO BE
LOCATED AT THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for anc purchase ten (10)
T -Type Hangars for erection at the Little Rock Municipal Airport.
Said amount of purchase shall not exceed the sum of 422,500.00.
SECTION 2. These T -Type hangars shall be purchased and de-
livered to the site of construction with the actual construction
work and erection of the T -Type hangars performed by the present
employees of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 3. After the erection of such hangars, they shall
only
be rented to private persons for the storage of airplanes /of
the Little Rock Municipal Airport as are present T -Type Hangars.
SECTION 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and arproxal.
