AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE ONE TRENCH AND FILL MACHINE TO BE
USED B�' THE GARBAGE AND SANITATION DEPARTMENT OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase one 'Trench and Fill Machine to be used by the
Garbage and Sanitation Department of the City of Little
hock. The total cost of said machine shall not exceed the
sum of x:20,000.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age and approval.
