AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING SOUTH 10 FT. OF LOT 5, and all OF LOT
6, EXCEPT SOUTH 7 FT. 8 IN. IN BLOCK 41 OAK GROPE SQUARE ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420
AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION Z. That South 10 ft. of Lot 5, all of Lot 6, except
S. 7 ft. 8 In. in Block 4, Oak Grove Square Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2720 S. Elm Street, heretofore
classified and zoned as NBN One - family District under the terms of
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 , is hereby rezoned.and reclassified and
the same is hereby declared to be in NfNCN Two- family District
under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said S. 10 ft. of Lot 5, all
of Lot 6, except S. 7 ft. 8 in. Block 4, Oak Grove Square Addition

SECTION 30 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
