AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY AT 3024 -3026 ARCH DESCRIBED AS
ky LOT 7, BLOCK 6, KIMBALL'S SOUTH PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420. AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
8s if ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 6, Kimballts South Park Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,.being 3024 -3026 Arch Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as NBN One - Family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 54209 is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in NCO Two - Family District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 7, Block 69 Kimball's
South Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
In Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the NC" Two - Family District,
SECTION 30 That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
