ORDINANCE NO. 7785
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 24, BLOCK 20, FLEMING
& BRADFORD'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 24, Block 20, Fleming & Bradfordts
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 1512 West
Roosevelt Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "F" Com-
mercial District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "D" Apartment.District under the terms of said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 24,
Block 20, Fleming & Bradfordts Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D"
Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
