AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE
REQUIREMENTS ON PROPERTY AT 1821 VALENTINE STREET: AMENDak
ING ORDINANCE NO. 5:202 AS AMENDED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 1821 Valentine Street, described as Lot 7,
Block 3, Braddock's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, are hereby waived, and the o1wner thereof is hereby
granted permission to construct 12 X 24 addition to present
dwelling on front of property for bedroom and kitchen, one
family use.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform
to the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
