AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 12 & 13, BLOCK 16
INDUSTRIAL PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE R06K
ARKANSAS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AhD
FOR OTHSA PURPOSES.
BE IT.ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE,
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 12 & 13, Block 16, Industrial
Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being
East 10th & Lucile Streets, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" One - Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordin-
ance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the
same is hereby declared to be in "H" Business District under
the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots
12 & 13, Block 16, Industrial Palk Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the
"H" Business District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
