ORDINANCE NO._ 7791
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING` LOTS 20 and 21, BLOCK $, 4ELL'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 20 & 21, Block 8, Well'08; Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2900 East 6th
Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - Family
District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby de-
clared to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of
said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lots
20 & 21, Block 8, Well's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D" Apart-
ment District. -
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
