AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS
FOR, AND PURCHASE TWO (2) PEDESTRIAN STOP LIGHTS, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKKNSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of Little
Hock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for
and purchase two (2) pedestrian stop lights, not to exceed the cost
of $275.00 each, to be used by the Traffic Department of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
