(Six Hundred Dollars) FROIAi
OF A "TRUCK IN THE FIRE DEP,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
ARKANSAS:
AN ADDITIONAL SUty1 OF X600.00
THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE REPAIR
,kRTNIENT, DECLARING AN EiiERGENICY,
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the additional sum of Six
Hundred Dollars ($600,00) for the repair of a truck in the
Fire Department.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are repealed, and unless the provisions
of this ordinance are put into effect immediately, the public
peace, health and safety of the citizens of Little Rock will
be adversely affedted; therefore, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
