5420 AS AMENDED; MW REPF 4ING ORDINANCE NO. 7786, AND FOR OTHER
PURPdSES. Y
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS$
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 2720 S. Elm Street, described as South 10 ft.
of Lot 5, all of Lot 6, except South 7 ft. 8 in.,in Block 4, Oak
Grove Square Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are
hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission
to construct a garage apartment.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the m ning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7786 passed October 25, 1948 is
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
