AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $1,667.00 FROM
THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY.OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE
PAID TO THE WAR ASSETS ADMINISTRATION FOR CERTAIN
EQUIPMENT PURCHASED FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General
Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of $1,667.00 to be paid
to the War Assets Administration for Buffalo Fire Equipment
purchased from.said agency and to be used by the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary instruments to comply
with the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval.
