AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 27 BLOCK 61, WEILtS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAN6AS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSA09
SECTION 1, That Lot 27, Block 6. Weil's Addition to the
City of Little Rook,, Arkansas, being 504 Poster Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as NBN One-family District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in NCN Two-
family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 27,
Block 6. Weil's Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
known and classified as being In the 000 Two-family District,
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after Its passage.
