AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 11, JONES & WORTHEN'S
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AIAENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 4, Block 11, Jones & Worthen's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2913
t -1-;est 12th Street, heretofore classified Pnd zoned as "B°
One- family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in °C" Two - family District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning iJap
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot
4, Block 11, Jones & Worthen's Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two -
family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
