AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS AND AWARD CONTRACT FOP. REPAIRING ROOF ON AD111INISTRACTION
BUILDING AT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized to advertise,
take bids for and let a contract for the repairing of the roof of the
administration building at the Little Rock Municipal Airport. Said contract
shall not be let to any person, firm or corporation whose bid for such
work exceeds the sum of Twb Hundred twenty -five dollars.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance stall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
