AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TARE BIDS FOR AND PURCHASE ONE (1)
COUPE AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE LITTLE ROCK FIRE DEPARTMENT
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINnD BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Atfairs of the City of Little
is hereby authorized and directed
Rock /to advertise, take bids for and purchase one (1) coupe automobile
for use by the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock. Said
automobile shall not cost more than the sum of 01850.00.
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall ben full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
