ORDINANCE N0. 7821
AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE REQUIRE-
MENTS ON PROPERTY AT 807 WEST 4th STREET: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420, AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 807 West 4th Street, described as West 371
ft, of Lots 10, 11 & 12, Block 275, Original City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, are hereby waived and the owner thereof is hereby
granted permission to convert present property from 4 dwelling
units to 8 units.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a pert thereof are hereby emended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
