AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING# LOT I, BLOCK 2, FIELD'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I. That Lot 1, Block 2, Field's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 501 Johnson Street, hereto-
fore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District under the
terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two -
family Districts under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rdzoning of the said Lot 1,
Block 2, Field's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter
knowh and classified as being in the "C" Two- family District.
V SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
