AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 8, BLOCK 1, RUEBEL & LEYMEXIS
ADDITION TO W CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDI NANCE
NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 8, Block 1, Ruebel & Leymer's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 5420 West 33rd Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - family District under
the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5 420, is hereby rezoned and re-
classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family
District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof. are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 8, Block 1, Ruebel &
Leymer's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as beirgin the "C" Two- family District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
