The Pulaski County Court by its order dated the 9th day of
November , 1948, annexed to the City of Little Rock, all of
Blocks 4, 5 and 12, Oak Forest Addition to Little Rock, Ark-
ansas,
NOIAJ THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the territory annexed to the City
of Little Rock by the Pulaski County Court on the 9th day of
November, 1948, being more fully described as follows:
All of Blocks 4, 5 and 12, Oak Forest Addition
to Little Rock, Arkansas, situated as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of South Taylor
Street and West 12th Street, thence West one
(1) block to South Fillmore Street, thence
South four (4) blocks to "nest 16th Street,
thence one (1) block East to South Taylor Street,
thence four (4) blocks North to the point of be-
ginning,
is hereby annexed to, and made a part of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, and is hereby made a part of the Fourth Ward
of said City.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to
transmit a certified copy of this ordinance to the Office of
the County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
