AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF THE SUM OF NINETY
SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY,
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR USE IN THE AUTO FUND, TO PAY THE
CITY'S SHARE OF THE COST OF PAVING CERTAIN STREETS OVER WHICH
THE CAPITAL TRANSPORTATION COMPANY'S BUSES TRAVEL, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby transferred from the General
Fund for deposit in the Auto Fund of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas the sum of Ninety $even Thousand ($97,000.00) Dollars,
or so much thereof as may be necessary, to pay the City's share
of the cost of paving certain streets over which the Capital
T ansportation Company's buses travel, as provided by Ordinance No.
750 and Ordinance No. 7748.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrant or warrants for the
purposes Yberein to be drawn on the general funds payable to
and to be deposited in the Auto Fund of the City.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
