RT; IT ORDATN?�D R`' THE CITY COUNCIL OFF TF CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIO1_V 1. 'There is hereby appropriated from
the General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of
.116.32 to be paid to the City Attorney to reimburse him
for expenses incurred in connection with the prosecution
of the clair of the City of Little Rock areinst the United
States Government for damages to the Little Rock P,Tunicipal
Airport during; the tine said airport was under the juris-
diction of the Federal Government during the recent emer-
-ency.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the necessary instru-
ments to carry out the terms and provisions of this ordin-
ance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
ar,e and approval.
