SaECTION 1. 'he Board of rublic 11-ffairs is hereby authorized
and requested to advertise, take bids for and purchase the following
equipment for use by the Street Division of the Public - ':40rks Department:
1 13,000 lb. axle
4 20 x 8 wheels
i relay valve
2 Boosters
2 Slack adjusters
1 Tank
S CTIOIJ 2. The cost of the above named equipment shall not
exceed ` 180.00.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and ;arts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and aLlter its passage and approval.
