AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURHHASE A THREE
MONTHS SUPPLY OF GASOLINE, OILS, LUBRICANTS, ETC., TIRES AND
TUBES AND THE REPAIRING OF TIRES AND TUBES, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs'is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, take bids for, and
purchase the City's supply of gasoline, oils, lubricants, etc.,
tires and tubes, and the repairing of tires and tubes, for a
period of three months, beginning January 19, 1949•
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passate and approval.
