AN ORDINANCE AUTHORTZTYC AND DIRECTIYG `''H BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERT -ISE, " AKE BIDS FOR, AND CONTRACT FOR THE
THINNING OUT OF TIMBER IT- BOYLE PARK BY SPECIFICATIONS, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOS7S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF "`HE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTIOTT 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the Oityr of Little
Rock is hereby authorized and directed to advertise, take bids for,
and contract for the thinning out of timber in Boyle Park.
SECTION 2. Said contract when executed will contain sufficient
specifications to insure that only surplus timber not needed for park
purposes will be sold.
SECTTOY 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, anc this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect From and after its passa7e and approval.
