AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 7, BLOCK 35, BRAGG'S 2ND
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIi'ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ASAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 7, Block 35, Bragg's Second Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2310 Bragg Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One - family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C"
Two - family District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 7,
Block 35, Bragg's 2nd xdcition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said p:rbperty to be
hereafter known`ana cllssified as being in the "C" Two - family
District.
SECTIO14 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in froce from and after its passage.
