AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 50 BLOCK 19, B014MANIS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot 5, Block 19, Bowman's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being 2919 Wolfe Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" One- family District
under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby re-
zoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "C" Two - family District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amendAd
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of the said Lot 5,
Block 19, Bowman's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "C" Two - family
District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage,
