AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PART OF THE SWj OF THE SE4 OF SECTION
8, TOWNSHIP 1- NORTH, RANGE 12- •14EST, IN LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
AXENDI 4G ORDIiIiAivCE 140. 5420 AS AMENDED: Ai�-D FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE ROCK,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the West 100 feet of Vae following described
tract; Begin on the North side of Roosevelt Road 30 feet North and
465 feet South 88 degrees East from quarter corner between Sections
8 and 17, Township 1- North, Range 12 -West, Pulaski County, Arkansas;
thence North 2 degrees East 200 feet to a point; thence South 88
degrees East parallel to Roosevelt Road 135 feet to a point; thence
South 2 degrees Uest 200 feet to a point on the North side of Roose-
velt Road; thence North 88 degrees 14est 135 feet along the North
side of Roosevelt Road to point of beginning, all in Little Rock,
Arkansas being 3510 Roosevelt Drive, heretofore classified and zoned
as "B" One- Family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance No.
• 5420, is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance,
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the West 100 feet of the following
described tract; Begin on the North side of Roosevelt Road 30 feet
North and 465 feet South 88 degrees East from quarter corner between
Sections 8 and 17, Towhship 1- North, Range 12 -West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; thence North 2 degrees East 200 feet to a point; thence
South 88 degrees East parallel to Roosevelt Road 135 feet to a point;
thence South 2 degrees West 200 feet to a point on the north side of
Roosevelt Road; thence North 88 degrees 1�est 135 feet along the North
side of koosevelt Road to point of beginning, Little Rock, Arkansas,
as outlinea in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
