AN ORDINA,410E AMENDING SECTION 18, PARAGRAPH 12
OF ORDi ANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the 12th Paragraph of Section 18 of
Ordinance No. 5420, as amended be and is hereby amended to
read as follows:
The concurring vote of three (3) members of the Board
shall be necessary to reverse any order, requirement, de-
cision or determination of the Building Commissioner, or
to decide in favor of the applicant on any matter upon which
it is required to pass under this ordinance, or to effect
any variation in this ordinance.
SECTI014 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
