WHEREAS.,
There was no evidence of ner-li�ence in connection faith the acci-
dent, and
WHEREAS,
Due to such injuries he was -forced to be absent from work for a
total of 96 hours, and

He is not a Civil `service errplcyee, end his pay is based on the
hourly rate of ?L�1.75,
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY 'l`HE CITY COUNCTL OF TPF CITY OF LIT�'L? ROCK,ARK:
ST?CTT()"' 1. There is herebtr appropriated from the Cen-
eral Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of ', :. "168.00 to be paid
to W. H. Dame, and the proper city ofi'icials are hereb:�r authorized
and directed tc issue an(, execute the proper instrurents to
accomplish this purpose.
SECTIOTT. 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
