SrCTJ� "' 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby author-
ized ana directed to advertise, take bids fer•, and purchase
supplies and materials to be used in the erection of rest
rooms in Ro <rle Park. The cost of said supplies and ifateria.ls
shall not exceed the sum of $1,548.50.
SECTIOT,T 2. The 31oard cf Public Affairs is herebtr author-
ized and directed to advertise, take bias for, and purchase
supplies and r ater•ials to be used in the renovaticr of the
rest rooms in MacArthur Park. The cost of said supplies and
materials shall not exceed the sum of y;=988.50.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are herby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect fron and after its nassar °e and
approval.
