AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUIM OF ONE THOUSAND THREE
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($1 350.00) TO PAY THE MEMBERSHIP
DUES OF THE CITY OF LITTU•ROCK TO THE ARKANSAS MUNICIPAL
LEAGUE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
S96TION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock the sum of One
Thousand Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($1,350.00) for the
payment of membership dues of the City of Little Rock to
the Arkansas Municipal League, from January, 1949, to
January, 1950.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby
directed to take such stips zxxxzznssxry and execute such
instruments as may be necessary to accomplish the pro-
visions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its pass-
age-and approval.
