AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR,
AND PURCHASE TWO (2) PUMPER FIRE TRUCKS FOR
USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the city
of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise, take bids for and purchase Two (2) Pumper Fire
Trucks as follows:
One (1) One Thousand (1000) Gallon
One (1) One Seven Hundred & Fifty (750) Gallon
SECTION 2. The total cost of the items mentioned in
Section 1 above shall not exceed the sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($30,000).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
