AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ADVERTISE, TAKE BIDS FOR, AND PURCHASE ONE COUPE
AUTOMOBILE FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1, The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, take bids for, and purchase one (1)
coupe automobile for use by the Fire Department.
SECTION 2. The amount to be expended for this automobile shall
not exceed the sum of $775.00, and will include trade -ins of one
1941 Plymouth and one 1946 Plymouth (wrecked).
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
