AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $23,185.24
FROM THE AUTO FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO
BE PAID TO THE LITTLE ROCK ROAD MACHINERY COMPANY,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated from the Auto Fund
of the City of Little Rock the sum of $23,185.24 to be paid to
the Little Rock Road Machinery Company for the unpaid balance on
certain equipment purchased by the City of Little Rock for use by
the Public Works Department.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the necessary instruments in order to carry
out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
