AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $15.00 PER
MONTH TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES OF THE PLANNING DIR-
ECTOR FOR THE USE OF HIS PERSONAL AUTOMOBILE ON
THE OFFICIAL BUSINESS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARK:
SECTION 1. In addition to the salary as now provided by
law, there is hereby authorized and appropriated the sum of $15.00
per month to reimburse the Planning Director for the use of his
private car for the official business of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. The proper city officials are hereby author-
ized and directed to execute the necessary instruments in order
to carry out the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
