AN ORDINANCE TO DEROVE JIM LZODEMIZE THE TRAFI+'IC 0O N2ML TOMM,
TO 322ROVE AND ELAND REST ROM FAC IMIJES IN ALfl MTISTRAT ION
BUILDING, ADAMS FIELD, LITTLE ROCK =IPAL AIRPORT, AND FOR
OTC PURPOSES.
BE IT M=INED BY ME CITY COUNCIL, LITTLE ROCK, AIMMSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs am hereby ordered and
directed to employ an architect to design and draft specifications
for the erection and improvement of Air Traffic Control Tower
facilities; to extend and enlarge rest room facilities at the
Administration Building, Little Rock Municipal Airport.
SECTION 11. All designs and specifications mast be approved by the
District Engineer, Civil Aeronautics Adnunistration,
SECTION 111. Cost of Control To;rer improvements not to exceed twelve
thousand dollars ($121,000.00). Cost of Rest Room improvements not to
exceed six thousand dollars ($6,000.00).
SECTION The Board bf Public Affairs is also directed to enter
into an agreement with the Civil Aeronautics Administration, Airport
Improvement Division, whereby the Civil Aeronautics Administration will
assume fifty percent (500 of the contractural costs of the Control
Tower Improvements.
SECTION V. men architectural plans are completed and approved, the
Board of Public Affairs is further empowered and directed to advertise
for and take bids for the construction and improvements of the Traffic
Control Tower and Rest Room improvements.
SECTION VL. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
