AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT NO. 579 .
Whereas, parties claiming
two- thirds in assessed value of the

the City Council of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas has
heard all parties desiring to be heard, and has ascertained
that said petition was signed by two- thirds in assessed
value of the owners of real property within said territory;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Section 1. There is hereby established an im-
provement district embracing the following property;
Lots numbered 7. B, 9, 10, 11 and 12 of
Block 12, Hillerest Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
Lots numbered 1, 20 32 41 51 6 and 7 of
Block 13, Hillcrest Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas;
for the purpose of improving that portion of Kenyon Street
in Little Rock, Arkansas lying between the West line of
Walnut Street and the East line of Ash Street, being the
4400 block of Kenyon Street, by paving the said portion
of the said street with concrete and by constructing
concrete curbs and gutters along both sides of the said
portion of the said street.

Said district shall be known as Street Improve-
ment . District No. S7 9' ; and Harold J. Engstrom, Jr.
Jq Paul W. Hoover ,
and Walter K. Smith are hereby
named commissioners, who shall compose the &lard of Im-
provement for said district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
