AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND REQUESTING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC
AFFAIRS TO ACCEPT BIDS AND CONTRACT FOR THE REPAIR OF THE
REFRIGERATING UNIT USED AT THE Z002 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby
authorized and requested to advertise, accept bids, and
contract for the repair of the refrigerating unit used at
the Fair Park Zoo, such repair work not to exceed the
amount of 675.00.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage and approval.
