AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $9,312.00 FOR PAYPTFT TOTHE
MONTGOPFERY ELEVATOR COMPANY, APPROPRIATING 019,547.95
TO BF PAID TO THE _�YJAY SPECIALTIES COMPANY, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TF E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated the sum of 4;9,312.00
from the general funs; of the City of Little Rock to be paid to the
Montgomery Elevator Company for the elevator which has been install-
ed in the City Hall. Provided, however, the above money shall not
be paid to the Montgomery Elevator Company until the elevator has
been inspected, approved and accepted by the City Engineer and the
City Electrician of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION? 2. There is hereby appropriated from the general
fund of the City of Little Rock the sure of 419,547.95 to be paid
to the Enjay Specialties Company upon the completion of the con-
struction of the hangar upon which such company is now working at
the Little Rock Municipal Airport. Provided, however, no payment
shall be made to Enjay Specialties Company for work performed un-
til such work has been inspected and approved by the City Enrrineer.and
Airport Manager.
SECTION 3. The result of such inspections and approvals as
required by the provisions of this ordinance shall be in writing,
and a copy thereof delivered to the Prlayor and the City Clerk.
SECTION 4. The proper city officials are hereby authorized
and directed to take such measures and execute such instruments
as are required to effectuate the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 5. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
