AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 7, EXCEPT THE S. 5 FT.,OF
BLOCK 9, GALLAGHERtS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCCE N0. 5420 AS AMENDED: AND FOR
OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That lot J, except the S. 5 ft., of Block 9,
'Gallagher's Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
teeing 2918 Roosevelt Road, heretofore classified and zoned as
"B" One-- family District under the terms of Zoning Ordinance
140. '5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the -terms
of said Zoning Ordinance..
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the '10ning Mop
the'ieto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassificsti,on and rezoning of the :said Lot 7,
except the South 5 = f to ,'J'Iock 9, Gallagher I s Addit -iLon, to ,the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in
the "F" Commercial District.
SECTION 36 That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
