SECTION 1. That there are hereby created two
(2) additic.nal positions of Captain in the Fire Depart-
ment of the City of Little Rock. Said captains are to
be assigned to Ladder Truck # 3.
SECTT1)T7 2. The persons chosen to fill the
positions created herein shall be selected by the Civil
Service Commission in the manner now pro, idea btT laud,
and shall nave such qualifications as mat- be deemed
necessary for such positions.
SECTT ^T 3. The salaries of such persons
holdinm the positions created herein will be the same
as that allowed in the similar existing positions.
SECTTOYT 4. rill ordinances and parts of ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and
