AN ORDINANCE GRANTING WAIVER OF LOT AREA AND YARD SPACE RE-
WIREKENTS ON PROPERTY AT 1300 PULASKI STREET: AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 5420, AS AMENDED: AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES*
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the lot area requirements and the yard
space requirements as established by Ordinance No. 5420 as it
affects property at 1300 Pulaski Street, described as East 64 ft.
of Lot 12, Block 323,Original City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are
hereby waived, and the owner thereof is hereby granted permission
to construct a dup2j tz cane f i'ly residence.
• SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof are hereby amended to conform to
the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
