AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 7872 PASSED
JANUARY 24, 1949, BY TRANSFERRING ONE FORD COUPE
AUTOMOBILE FROM THE EINGINEER f S OFFICE TO THE
PLUbIBISYG INSPECTOR'S OFFICE OF ' THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That one (1) Ford Coupe automobile purchas-
ed by the City of Little Rock for the use of the Engineer's
office under the provisions of Ordinance No. 7872 is hereby
transferred to the use of the office of the Plumbing Inspect-
or.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 7872 is hereby amended
to conform to the provisions of this ordinance, and the
proper city officials are directed to make the necessary trans-
for on the books of the departments affected hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval.
