AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF NINE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS
FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR PAY1,1ENT OF ELECTION EXPENSES IN THE
GENERAL ELECTION FELD IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ON TUESDAY,
APRIL 5, 1949; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby appropriated out of the
General funds of the City of Little Rock the sum of Nine Hundred
Ten Dollars to cover the costs incurred in the City General
Election held Tuesday, April 5, 1949, for the necessary officials
to serve in said election.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to issue the warrant of the City drawn on the General
Fund in the said sum of Nine Hundred Ten Dollars in payment of said
expense.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage.
